Motherhood: Time when you start loving your mother even more..

Motherhood is something that cannot be expressed in words, it can only be felt and experienced. I am the proud mother of two daughters (kichu and thangu-- these are their pet names) I dont think that I am a "perfect" mom, but striving to become one, still lot to go!!! Being a mother for the first time is any woman's cherishable and unforgettable memory. Motherhood is the time you enjoy being a mother and also start loving your own mother even more. It is when you come to realize the hardships and pains our parents have taken to bring us up. It is not an easy thing to be a mother, it takes a load of patience, tolerance, love, dedication and more..

My mummy is a real 'dedicated' mom, always she has stayed by my way whenever I was in need of her. And no one else in this world can replace you, my dear Mummy!!! I have hurt her many times, but she forgives all my mistakes, simply beacuse shes my sweet Mummy..Gone are the days when I was under your shade, protected by you. I yearn to have those simple days back again!! At Kuzhithura (the place we were in for almost 30 years), even if our 'Jalajam' is not with us now, the memories will be fresh forever..Yesterday I happended to watch the movie clip of our old Jalajam, with a heavy heart.
Really miss those wonderful days of childhood..Now I have to stand on my own and take care of my family, following the paths you have shown me. I am learning slow, but I am learning..

It was a real challenge for me from shifting to the mother of two, being the mother of one. The roles differ by multiple dimensions, truly speaking!! I love my cuties and thank God for gifting them to us. Dadu loves daughters and thats why God has made us proud with 2 daughters :)

Salalah: a great relief for Muscateers..

Salalah is one of the beautiful places in Oman. Today, Dadu (for those who are not familiar--he's my loving husband)has gone to Salalah, in connection with a project. Its a PDO project. Its actually in a place called Marmul, 300kms away from Salalah. Miss you, Dadu.
We've been to Salalah once, with my parents. Within the 2nd month of Thangu's(our second daughter) birth. All were wondering how I could travel this distance, but we made it. It was a memorable trip. Achan (my beloved father) enjoyed driving with Dadu's Autogear Tucson, Autogear was new to him and he was really thrilled to drive it!!! My Mummy was occasionally tellng him to reduce the speed as he drove along!!!
The most wonderful thing is that we got a chance to be in one of the farmhouses there at Salalah!!! oh my god!!! was reminded of my home place--God's own country!!! Green green and green!!! Ambience was fabulous!!! The Salalah season is known by the name ''Khareef'. We got bananas, coconuts, tapiocas and papayas (Salalah is knwn for these).. I had posted the snaps in Picasa. It can be found in this link:

(the album name is Jan 2010)
Salalah is a very nice destination for Muscateers. A true relief of bliss, peace and solitude from Muscat's horrible heat and busy life schedule...
